With 25 years in hospital and travel nursing across diverse healthcare systems, I deliver accurate case analysis, expert insight, and reliable support attorneys can trust

Certified Legal Nurse Consultant with 25 years of hands-on hospital experience and diverse travel nursing practice, bringing real-world clinical insight, sharp case analysis, and system-wide perspective to help attorneys uncover the facts, clarify complex medical issues, and strengthen litigation outcomes.

About me

My name is Inna Rova

With over 25 years of hands-on nursing experience in hospital settings, I bring real-world clinical knowledge and practical insight to every legal case I support.

Throughout my career, I have worked at the bedside across multiple departments and healthcare systems, including travel nursing assignments that exposed me to diverse practices, protocols, and standards of care. This broad experience allows me to quickly recognize what should have happened, what actually happened, and where care may have deviated.

As a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, I bridge the gap between medicine and law — translating complex medical records into clear, accurate, and defensible information attorneys can confidently use.

I understand the realities of hospital workflows, clinical decision-making, and documentation because I’ve lived them for decades — not just studied them. My goal is simple: help you uncover the facts, strengthen your case strategy, and save valuable time.

I am known for being thorough, detail-oriented, and responsive, and I work closely with attorneys to deliver reliable support from case screening through trial.

When you work with me, you gain a clinical partner who understands both the bedside and the courtroom.

Leadership & Staffing Knowledge

Serving as a charge nurse, I managed delegation, staffing decisions, and nurse-to-patient ratios. I recognize when standards of care are met — and when unsafe staffing or poor coordination may have contributed to adverse outcomes.
